The service
Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan tool that generates videos from photos you upload. It is not affiliated with Bulin 47, the original video creators or any platform.
Your content and consent
You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Photos of minors, celebrities, public figures or anyone without consent are prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not use generated videos to deceive, harass, defame, impersonate or sexualise anyone, or for political or commercial endorsement. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Credits
Credits are purchased in one-time packs, do not expire and are non-transferable. Prices may change, but never for credits you already own.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be imperfect. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
